The area must be a clear flat surface that is free of trash, debris, etc. We can set-up on grass, concrete, asphalt and indoors. If you have an in-ground sprinkler system, please make sure the timer is off.

What type of power is required for the party rental equipment?
The blower requires a 120v, 20amp, dedicated-circuit within 100ft of the inflatable jumper. No other electrical cords should be plugged into that outlet while the blower is in operation. Please locate and test your outlet to ensure it works. If a dedicated-circuit is unavailable, we can provide a portable generator for an additional charge.

Yes. The person making the reservation must be present during the delivery to review the rental agreement and safety rules. Please let us know if you would like to add another person to the reservation so we can make adjustments to the rental agreement.

What should I do if the blower stops?
Remain calm and have everyone exit the moonwalk. Check the blower to see if it has been turned off or unplugged including the extension cords. If needed, plug it back in, turn on the blower and the bounce house will inflate. The blower may also have stopped due to a tripped circuit. If the circuit was tripped there are probably too many items on the same circuit. Unplug other items from the circuit or plug the blower into another circuit. The blower requires a 120v, 20amp, dedicated-circuit within 100ft of the bounce house.

What should we do if it rains or if there are high winds or gusts over 15mph?
Have everyone exit the moonwalk. Turn the blower off and unplug it from the electrical outlet and move the blower to a covered area. Be sure to place the sandbag over the tarp.123Moonwalks reserves the right to cancel your reservation due to weather conditions we feel are unsafe.
