Inflatables cannot be used in the rain or if winds are in excess of 15mph. For safety reasons, we do not deliver when it is raining or if there are high winds. If your inflatable rental needs to be canceled due to inclement weather, we will issue a full refund. If the inflatable is delivered and the weather later turns inclement, no refund will be issued.
