Ensure level ground

Tents require reasonably flat ground. Let us know about noticeable slopes or uneven patches at booking.

Mark underground utilities

We stake into the ground — know where sprinklers, gas lines, and buried cables run before we arrive.

Confirm gate and path access

Our crew needs to carry tent poles and stakes through to the backyard — confirm gate width and path clearance.

Adult 18+ on site at delivery
